Physicochemical interactions on synthetic templates. Ph.D. Thesis
Abstract
The thesis entitled "Physicochemical interactions on synthetic templates" can be subdivided into three main sections.
The first section is a general introduction dealing with templates.
The second section deals with some immunological interactions on synthetic polymeric templates, wherein the isolation of a specific penicillin carrier receptor protein (CRP) from the sera of allergic rabbits and a penicillin?sensitive human subject is described.
The last section deals with an assessment of energy parameters in hydrophobic association of phenyl groups through the resolution of a racemic aromatic amino acid on a polymeric template containing chiral groups.
