dc.description.abstractIn the present study, relationships between contextual and structural variables and the prediction of the structural dimensions from the contextual dimensions have been attempted. Thirdly, both of the contextual and structural dimensions were individually related to performance. The performance indices are the profitability, productivity, capital and sales turnover etc., numbering nine in total, forming multiple criteria for the measurement of performance.
