| dc.description.abstract | Electrical Transport and Dielectric Properties of LiBO -Ta O Glasses
Abstract and Synopsis
LiBO glass was characterized for its electrical transport properties. Activation energies were calculated based on different physical properties studied.
Electrical transport properties of glasses with the composition (100-x)LiBO -xTa O (0 < x < 20) were investigated, and activation energies for the transport mechanism were evaluated. It was observed that electrical relaxation occurs mainly through Li ion hopping.
Dielectric studies on the glass-ceramics of composition (100-x)LiBO -xTa O (0 < x < 20) were carried out, along with impedance spectroscopy. | |
